Who are you?

I am a Master of Marine Management Candidate at Dalhousie University, I've always had a passion for marine conservation research and when I started my Master's I became very interested in fisheries management and synthesizing different knowledge types. To futher explore these interests I'm going to be working on creating an accessible data base for different types of knowledge on Arctic char.

Where are you from and where did you grow up?

I was born and grew up In Peterborough Ontario

What is your favourite outdoor activity?

Swimming

What is your favourite place in the world? Why?

My favorite place in the world is a small beach in PEI where me and my family spent our summers, this was where my love for the ocean and Eastern Canada came from!

Why are you involved in this project?

I will be working with Dylan Seidler on creating an accessible database for Arctic char knowledge.

How does it relate to Nunatsiavut?

The accessible database for Arctic char will combine different knowledge from Nunatsiavut.
