Mélissa Jean-Baptiste has over 10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement. She has worked in a variety of fast paced organizations and brings a strong mix of technical skills and collaborative energy. She supports OFI financial planning, reporting, and CFREF program requirements, and is committed to building practical, transparent financial processes that support research success.
