Kedar Pandya
Institutional Data Steward
Kedar Pandya works as the Institutional Data Steward for the Ocean Frontier Institute, under the Transforming Climate Action program. In this role, he works with researchers to deliver data solutions and consultation. He also ensures compliance with governance mandates for data collected throughout the program.
Kedar holds a Master of Computer Science from Dalhousie University, during which he contributed as a Graduate Research Student to the BEcoME project under the Ocean Frontier Institute's Safe and Sustainable Development of the Ocean Frontier research program.
Before his graduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. He gained industry experience as a Database Developer Intern at the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in India during his undergraduate studies.
During his free time, Kedar enjoys watching football and motor sports, especially Formula 1.
