As part of the Galway 10 Celebration in Ireland, our Chief Executive Officer and Scientific Director Anya Waite will be taking part in the roundtable on “Which benefits should come from ocean observation and from Digital Twins of the Ocean for our Atlantic coastal communities”.
Objectives of the roundtable
- Explore the benefits of ocean observations and of its digitalization (“towards digital twins of the ocean”) for the Atlantic Ocean and its coastal Communities
- Learn about current relevant initiatives in European Union, Canada, and the United States, to explore potential cooperation, building on previous All-Atlantic Ocean Research and Innovation Alliance (AAROA) work, to ensure that the expected benefits are realized.
